Late Crock-Tober entry "Baby Back Ribs"

This is being posted to show my brothers Andrew and Seth what they missed out on last Sunday as well as give one of the easiest and more delicious Ribs Recipes I've come up with.

The Night before Cooking "rub" the ribs with a combination of:

Paprika
Granulated Garlic
Salt (I Like Kosher)
Pepper

Coat Fairly heavly as most of the flavor will come from this rub.

On cooking day cut rib racks down so they will fit in the crock and cook on low for 7 hours.

After Slow Cooking Turn your oven Broiler on High and Coat ribs with your favorite Barbecue Sauce.
Place Ribs under the broiler allowing them to "crisp up" this will give them a delicious crust. Keep an eye on them as this is where you could lose your precious ribs.

Serve with your favorite biscuits (Recipe Coming Soon) and a salad too!

Enjoy!
